by the mediums of influence
measured by ancient wounds
at the hands of animosity
the preserving of status is the game
with the tendency of pretense
tainted doses of comfort consume
critical fragments of reality
the preserving of status is the game
cynical strings provoke agendas
saving their masqueraded sins
predators creep through the gallows
counting their masqueraded sins
we are the "sons" imploding in our selves
prime motivators in time
born with the will to thrive and gain
we illuminate our structures
and parade or crowns of mastery
collapsing in satisfaction
the inward force of gravity, converts to violent emptiness
still we progress towards righteousness
populations of malignant psycho neurotics
squandering delicate mental capacities for dominance
generations of corrupted descendants
preserving diabolical ideologies for power
Bound in the belly of the beast driven by primordial aggressive forces
subconsciousness pushed to the limit
lost in the modern state
mental capacity exhausted
emotional points distorted
striving for prestigious means.
can I have the will to (forfeit)
my singularity (sacrifice)
accept my offer (solely)
to save mankind(you name the price)
degenerate fool(deviant)
you dare to make a stand (valor)
no supreme being (monarchy)
can grant you that (serenity)
iniquitous oppressor of the masses
a diminutive scope now broadened
by the unchained potential you sought to imprison
in your omniscience you have neglected
your own humanity
reflections introverted
analysis of the quantifiable conscience
obsoletion of ritualistic thought enslavement
we are no longer vulnerable to our selfish desires
animal driven conscious, lurking beneath
the surface of civilization

squandering delicate mental capacities for dominance
generations of corrupted descendants
preserving diabolical ideologies for power

It's 2020 and it's been about a dozen years since I've had music make me feel this way. It's good, very good. Taking me back to the scene! Stephen Harrison

Symphonic, melodic, technical, progressive - it's all in here in these few songs. And it's great. I recommend the full discography. This band is quite unique but keeps reminding me of 'The Hallowed Catharsis' somehow. Must be the space themes and the uncompromising music. mourner
